Daniela Chegne

Law graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Her professional practice focuses on arbitration and judicial proceedings in civil, administrative, constitutional, and labor matters.

She is a Teaching Assistant for the courses Justice System and Constitutional Foundations of Procedure, Civil Liability, and Enforcement and Interim Protection at the Faculty of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). During her undergraduate studies, she was awarded the BEAS Scholarship by Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and the DARI Scholarship to pursue studies at the University of Bologna, Italy. She is a member of the Critical Procedural Law and Constitution Research Group (GIDEPROC) and an Extraordinary Associate of Ius Et Veritas.
